What You’ll Do
You’ll dive into real-world business challenges, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to key areas such as:
- Marketing & Growth – Maximizing the impact of marketing activities and supporting client engagement.
- Market & Business Analysis – Conducting research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

| Business Operations | - Dive into projects that enhance company growth, improve internal processes, and drive operational excellence. - Work closely with teams to refine workflows, ensuring efficiency and seamless execution of tasks. - Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance internal operations and decision-making. |

Required Qualifications / Proficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen interest in financial analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Tech-savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Desired Qualifications / Proficiencies
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience at a similar-sized company.
- Demonstrated potential for growth within a fast-scaling company.
- Technical background.
- Maritime experience or industry knowledge.
- AGSVA Security Clearance.
