Greenroom Robotics has hit the ground running for 2024, seeing three new talented engineers join our Sydney office.

Greenroom has welcomed two new graduates to our team. Kyle and Kendall have stepped into their roles as Graduate Robotics Engineers, ready to tackle the challenges of maritime robotics head-on.

Kyle says he was drawn to the innovative atmosphere at Greenroom and the opportunity to develop unique software products that address real-world maritime challenges. He is eager to join this growing industry, valuing the company's energetic culture and quick pace of operations.

Kendall was first introduced to Greenroom Robotics during a university lecture delivered by one of our seasoned engineers, Nathan. This encounter, aligned with her academic focus and thesis work on underwater camera systems, made her decision to join us an obvious one.

Darren has joined Greenroom as a Senior Machine Learning and Robotics Engineer, bringing with him a wealth of expertise from his time at the Australian Centre for Robotics. During his PhD candidacy, Darren excelled in developing algorithms for 3D detectors, streamlining Camera-LiDAR calibration, and leading autonomous driving data pipeline projects. His skills span across robotics, AI, computer vision, and more, making him a valuable addition to the Greenroom team. With his extensive experience and technical insight, we look forward to Darren’s help in creating safer and cleaner oceans.

The expansion of our team with Kyle, Kendall, and Darren reflects Greenroom Robotics' dedication to cultivating a future enhanced with advanced maritime robotics and AI. By nurturing their talents, we aim to positively influence the maritime industry's future by creating software for robots, robots for good.

Greenroom Robotics continues to seek out top-tier engineers, software developers, and robotics experts. If you are driven by innovation and aspire to impact the world of maritime technology positively, we invite you check our careers page for any open positions.
